- Clean outdoor condenser coil fins
- Inspect & balance condenser fan blade
- Test condenser fan motor amperage
- Inspect compressor amperage vs. nameplate

Indoor Unit
- Inspect air filter — note clean/dirty condition
- Inspect & clean blower assembly and wheel
- Test blower motor amperage; oil if needed
- Clean evaporator coil
- Flush condensate drain with nitrogen
